Ann Kafer is a 22-year communications and agriculture veteran. She is an honors graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications, has logged hours toward an MBA at Illinois State University, and earned a master’s degree with high honors from Lincoln Christian Seminary.
Ann’s professional experience includes serving as director of communications for Coles-Moultrie Electric Cooperative, communications coordinator for the Illinois Soybean Association, and publications manager, corporate relations manager, corporate communications manager, manager of career development, and director of corporate communications and marketing services for GROWMARK in Bloomington , Ill. She is a former CCA board member and earned the Graznak Award in 1999.
Her areas of expertise are: strategic planning, leadership styles and skills, precision messaging, and managing the communications function.
